OCTOBER IS STARTING A NEW FITNESS DRIVE AT WISCASSET COMMUNITY CENTER! Beginning October 7th we will be starting our FLEX FIT WORKOUT TIMES! We will be offering fitness class sessions from 5am to 6:30am and 6:30pm to 8pm Monday thru Friday....WHAT!!! With busy schedules that everyone has this will allow you to drop in on 15 minute intervals and participate in organized fitness workout classes. Welcome to Kristina McIntire Phillips who will be running our morning workouts along with Lorna Weber, and Cedric Maguire aka Cedric the Trainer who will be running the evening Flex Fit Workouts!
