Join our director, Jay Reith, and his staff as we explore the Great State of Maine and many of the great places and learning opportunities it has to offer!


Please find camp documents linked below. All online registrations are still required to complete and return the camp registration form prior to the beginning of camp.  Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

General Information
  • Jay Reith leads our After School Adventures Program. He is a valued member of our staff here at the WCC with great patience for those teaching moments for young children. He will guide your child through a fantastic summer of fun events and learning opportunities about the state we all know and love, The Great State of Maine.
  • Full Day Camp Weeks are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
  • Each week has a theme tied to our heritage, history, and surroundings. Our schedule each week will include activities / trips that help your child learn about the theme of the week. Trips are on Tuesday afternoons & All Day Fridays (except for the week of July 4th).
  • Daily Events include Team Building, Swimming, Arts, Sports, Nature Adventures & S.T.E.M. activities.
  • There will be fun hikes, bike rides, visits to local museums and attractions, arts and crafts time, trips to Wiscasset Public Library, indoor and outdoor sporting events and many other exciting recreational venues.
  • American Red Cross (ARC) Swim Lessons will be held once a week and included as part of our camp experience at "NO ADDITIONAL COST"
  • Free Breakfast & Lunch
  • After Care 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm is also available.
  • One thing is for sure: It’s going to be" MAINELY FUN "

Payment Information
  • Weekly rates are $160 WCC Members/CP, $200 Standard (with the exception of Week #2 (3 day week) $120 WCC Members/CP, $160 Standard)
  • Rates for all 8 weeks: $1080 WCC Members/CP, $1400 Standard (Discount of $20.00 per week when signing up for all 8 weeks)
  • Payment plans are available (all arrangements need to be made with Bonnie at the front desk).
  • Payment plans start April 2017, plans can be paid in installments. Installments can be paid at any time as long as paid in full by June 23rd. ALL CAMP BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE JUNE 23, 2017
  • After Care (3:30 - 5:30 pm) weekly rates are $30.00 WCC Members/CP, $40.00 Standard
  • Scholarship application deadline is April 21st.

Other Information
Please discuss any special medical and or behavioral conditions or concerns we should know about, as well as appropriate care and treatment necessary. **If your child is in need of a one-on-one aid, please contact Bob or Jay to make appropriate arrangements**. Failure to inform us of any of these circumstances could result in the removal of your child from said program.
