Hey all you Mega Mix fans!
Here comes something new and exciting!
As you know, Mega Mix has been going strong for many years now,
and this multifaceted class of floor aerobics, step, and weights
has been a super total body workout.
Now, let's add some more "mix" to this class.
Every Wednesday, we will add to our repertoire by doing either
classic Mega Mix, Interval, or Circuit Challenge!
Each workout will still give you a full body routine with both cardio and
muscle conditioning, and will also end with a final relaxing stretch.
So, come join the fun with the classic Mega Mix,
as well as some new formats to
Mix It Up!
