This class is a mix of Pilates and Yoga.
This class offers a full body workout that strengthens the abdominal, aids in spinal alignment, and increases flexibility and muscle tone. Pilates is beneficial for anyone regardless of age or physical ability. Pilates is an effective system because it can be modified to aid in rehabilitation and can also be used to challenge even the most physically fit individual.
