6thAnnual Mother-Son Dance

A chance for boys and their moms (or Grandmother, aunts, big sister or special mentor friend) to dress up and have a night on the town! Semi-formal dress is encouraged. Music will be provided by DJ Geoff McCarren of B&M Music Services. Photographer Dave Cleaveland of Maine Imaging will be on site, if you wish to purchase pictures that capture that "special moment". The Wiscasset Community Center will be sponsoring their annual Easter Egg Hunt

This activity will be held in the gym at the Community Center. (If BBfield is dry may be held there will know day of hunt)

Pre registration not required

Must bring your own container or basket.

11thAnnual Father Daughter Dance

For all ages

Tickets can now be purchased in advance at frontdesk.

WCC has been asking the surrounding towns by local newspapers and flyers for donations of formal dresses of all sizes to be worn to upcoming events such as Winter Balls, Father-Daughter Dances, Proms, etc. Anyone can participate in donating or shopping.

Dances at the Community Center are a blast! For students in grade 6-8 who attend Wiscasset Middle School or are Members of the WCC. Dances are held throughout the school year.

Cost: $5 per child

Non-WMS students who are not WCC members are welcome to Teen Nights and Dances when accompanied by a WMS student or WCC member, with written permission from their parents and the approval of the Director. All requests must be made at least two days in advance.

You are encouraged to come to the Community Center and participate in the Child Identification Program (CHIPS) sponsored by the Masons of Wiscasset, Lincoln Lodge #3. This program is designed to gather crucial information on children (ages: infant – 16 yrs), in order to assist in an investigation.
