Intro to PiYO!
Lorna slows down the PiYo exercises so you can get the hang of the moves before diving into to the regular class. This intro is offered monthly and is always free! The next Intro to PiYo classes will be held Saturday, February 22nd 9:15 - 10:15 in the Senior Center.

Join Cedric for a challenging variety of bodyweight exercises, weights, and whatever else comes to mind! Safety, learning, modification of exercises to fit the individual, and fun are top priorities. Bring a mat, some water, and a sense of humor!
