Summer Fitness Challenge

This weekly workout will be designed to give you a great cardio workout as well as a total body strength session. We will introduce new exercises and work on proper form so that you can get the most out of your workout, with us and on your own. Participants will leave class each week with the tools to have a strong, healthy week until we meet again. Weekly fitness or nutrition challenges will be assigned to help keep participants motivated and on track. A private Facebook group and/or email check ins are there to offer support and accountability throughout the challenge. This challenge is designed to help create and maintain a healthy, fit lifestyle and have fun doing it!
